Re: PARCEL COLLECTION

 

Can we please request your cooperation in respect to parcel collection, especially over the coming festive period.


Once you have received notification in your mailbox from Concierge of a parcel received, please collect this on the same day. If you are expecting a delivery of a large item, please can you arrange with the delivery company to deliver it directly into your flat (ensuring key release has been arranged with Concierge).


Due to very limited storage space, Concierge may reject deliveries of items that would not fit in the parcel room. Please ensure we have a valid telephone number and are holding correct spare keys to your flat so that Concierge can seek your permission to deliver the items directly into the flat.
